The longevity of these art forms depends on economic viability to a great extent, and when artists can no longer afford to provide for their families, many end up seeking alternative means. This results in a decline in material production which is an important link to their rich cultural heritage.

Your support allows these gifted artists to remain engaged in meaningful work - as both story tellers and record keepers. Through their work they preserve and pass on unique, important, and often sacred family traditions that give the us all a glimpse into their present and past world view.
